Anyone knows is there any heated pool in sg?

Our weather is so hot. Why is there a need for a heated pool?
In case you do not understand what’s a heated pool is, outdoor heated pool is typically 26-28degC, not the kind you have in mind.

The hotel I stayed during my trip to Beijing has a heated pool and it’s so nice to swim in it but I can’t remember the temperature. Pretty sure it’s not as hot as the onsen. lol

It was several years ago when I lived in Sg. I still remember clearly some of the swimming pools I used to go. Queenstown, Clementi, and the OCBC indoor pool.

I liked the OCBC training pool, because it was indoor, and the lanes were divided based on swimmers speed. So sometimes it felt like you had to challenge yourself to keep up if you swam in the medium or fast lane. The water was very cold but after the first few laps it would be so nice! And after the swim, I could have a hot shower!

The changing room of the training pool is very small and I had a few good sightings there, as some people just changed openly in that small area. I myself also walked nude from the shower to the changing area and it was definitely a new experience for me. I remember a hot caucasian man, with swimmers body changing into a speedo style trunk. He had a long uncut one and I felt like half a man beside him. (In terms of body size, fitness, and penis size)

Then there was an cute bespectacled Ah Beng with tattoos,  speaking on the phone in teochew while totally naked. I was surprised to see he had a cut cock with a nice looking head. It was one of the first times I openly watched someone nude and he seemed totally oblivious. After he finished changing, he was still on the phone talking. I actually followed him all the way to the underground car park! I must have been fascinated.

Swimming in the OCBC main competition pool gave me a feeling of inadequacy. At the same time it was thrilling to swim in such a prestigious pool where big events take place. I think the pool was super deep and very cold, I can't clearly remember.

The changing room was huge, with many sections, like a labyrinth. With such a big area, there wasn't much chance to change close to anyone. So I didn't get to see much.

I think I only swam in the main pool once.

the ocbc competition pool during weekday lunch time could be surprisingly, sneaky fun, lol

Please share your experience! 🤗Many places to hide and seek if you manage to identify someone.

in a straight environment, naked is not a big issue; only asian gay people feel shy, because feel having cb instead of lj :)

Go to the training pool, it's an experience unlike any other pool in Sg.

The lifeguards there were strict and if there are many people, you will share the lanes with others. But it's divided into slow, medium fast. And you will feel challenged to swim and keep up with others! It's also indoor, and has a distinct smell and atmosphere.

This was few years back, I'm not sure if it's still the same!

not sure

i feel many straight guys just go straight into cubicle and close door

getting too precious

currently here in Sydney, 9 out of 10 (ang mohs and asians) will undress without towel or going into cubicle.

of course still have some shy ones who face the wall and change really fast!

In ang moh country, if you wrap a towel and walk around in men’s shower room, all eyes will be on you. You will stick out like a sore thumb. Haha

Anyone goes to the pool at HomeTeam NS Bukit Batok? Surprisingly a lot of action in the toilet.

I think it depends. After work during weekdays normally no action.

Usually, is it crowded at the competition pool at noon on weekend?

Very unlikely. Its the training session that always create the crowd issue.

You can always check the activesg crowd capacity website. Except that due to maintenance activities like i mentioned in Geylang east, its actually showing 1% crowd that day but the whole training pool is more than 20 people.

The crowd capacity not accurate one.
