In exchange for his silence, he was given cash, branded bags and a Rolex watch. Ng had made demands for the items, asking for large amounts of cash and expensive goods at least 7. On many of these occasions, the victim gave Ng the goods as he was afraid to have his sexual relationship exposed to his employer.In total, Ng obtained valuables worth over $51,800 on top of $197,000 in cash through his blackmailing. Ng said that he wishes to plead guilty and a court date has been set for April 20 with bail set at $20,000.Extortion carries a jail term of up to 7 years and caning.
