Anyone has come across this probelm? My younger brother has his foreskin attached to his head. It is not a problem of head covered by tight skin. Currently I have that issue too, at most only pull back to half of the head when hard. When mine is sucked, they said my head too big , hence unable to pull it back but they loved and continued to suck it and found it enjoyable. For your case, you better see a doctor for it. He can suggest some exercises for you to massage the skin to make it stretch. Not good for us to give you advice here for fear you may get complications.

I understand how you feel 'cause I still feel somewhat tightness where I pull it down. Used to have it tight then everyday I just slowly pull down a little and stretch and stretch until finally it went behind the head.

If you circumcise now, you need a lot of rest for recovery, and you'll likely get 4 days to 1 week MC, which afterward you have to go back to work already. Just to share my experience, I have tight foreskin since sec sch days. 6 years ago, I planned to go for ops but I chanced about an article about stretching your foreskin. The author mentioned that if people can stretched their earlobes why not foreskin, since it was meant to be open.

He suggested to dip your dick in warm water to "loosen" the skin and then stretch to a point when u feel some pain and hold it that for 10mins a day.

I tried it for over a course of 20 months (lazy at times) and sometimes a few rest days due to over stretching that causes some tears in the foreskin. After about 1 year, I started to pull back my foreskin for 24x7 a day (except during running as the shorts can rub against your head) to prevent the foreskin from tightening back. The pain during erection started to lessen also.

Now I can have my foreskin fully pulled back during erection with no pain at all. And also no more cockcheese

But nowadays there are devices from Japan that can assist u in curing phimosis, which are based on the stretching technique too.

if you do not wish to circumcise, tight foreskin can be slowly (6mths to a year+++)stretched to accomodate the head.

you will need to daily or even twice daily apply olive oil and slowly pull it down and hold it there for as long as you can stand it without tearing the skin... and repeat it very slowly to encourage the stretch... olive oil or frangranced olive oil is best... or specialist 'stretching' oil may also do - i know there is but i not familiar with the names...

those 'scared pain' and recoil at the mearest hint of pain need not apply... just go for local anesthesia at the clinic and let the doctor do it once and for all... after that it is 'cut' - irreversable not in a bad way... many love it cut...

but for grown up to do this... can be awkward and most likely require great inner strength and courage to step forward and request the procedure... I am not referring to those 'no choice' cases where there is infection, or proven 'cannot fxxk' unless circumcised... and need to procreate... but of course this case is very small occurrance here - althogh not zero...
